✖️ What’s In Our Bowl🌈 ~ Oil free hummus, rocket, cucumber, carrots, pickled beetroot, tomato, falafels.

✖️ Oil Free Hummus ~
1 x 410g can cooked chickpeas {around 230g actual chickpeas}
1/2 cup aquafaba {chickpea liquid}
2 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tsp cumin
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
– Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. I use a Vitamix because it creates a perfectly creamy consistency. Season to taste, add extra water if it’s too thick for you.
