🌱 Today I have this delicious green bowl for you. I’m surrounded by so much green at the moment…I have seeds/plants/veggies growing inside & out so I felt a bit inspired. Anyway I left this sitting on the bench for a bit too long so my nice cream turned into a kind of smoothie💚!

• Plant based, vegan, oil free, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, egg free.

✖️ Matcha Chia Pudding ~
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp matcha tea powder
1 tbsp @helios.no maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup @kolonihagen ecological chia seeds
– Add the liquids & the powder to a bowl/jar or air-tight container & stir until well combined. Add the chia seeds, stir for a minute or so. Pop in fridge, after 15 minutes give it another stir, cover & then leave over night.

✖️ Green Nice cream/Smoothie ~
3 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}
1/2 kiwi fruit
1 large handful spinach
1/2 mango, diced
2 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt
100ml @anglamark_norge unsweetened almond milk
– Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth & creamy. I use a Vitamix which I find works perfectly every time.

✖️ Topped with ~ topped with coconut yoghurt, kiwi fruit, raspberries, coconut flakes, homemade oil free granola, puffed amaranth, edible flowers.
