🌱 So I’ve been saving the last few pieces of my Pico mint crisp vegan choc {brought all the way from Oz🇦🇺 & the most delicious vegan mint choc I’ve tasted} for something special…& this choc hazelnut nice-cream just happened to be the bowl! Happy Monday❤️!

• Plant based, vegan, dairy free, oil free, soy free, gluten free, egg free.

✖️ Choc Hazelnut Nice-Cream ~
31/2 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}
1/2 cup frozen sweet potato {steamed before freezing}
1/4 cup blanched hazelnuts
1/4 cup 100% cacao, cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp @anglamark_norge peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
100ml unsweetened almond milk
– Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth & creamy. I use my Vitamix which works perfectly every time. Eat immediately or place in the freezer until you’re ready to eat.

✖️ Topped with ~ strawberries, desiccated coconut, coconut flakes, chopped hazelnuts, chopped @picochocolate mint crisp vegan chocolate, puffed amaranth.
