🌱 Nice-Cream Waffles❄️ ~ not what you expected right? Every time I’ve made nice-cream over the last couple of weeks I’ve made sure to keep enough to fill a waffle mould. Well today they finally made from the freezer to the table & even though it’s not all the colours of the rainbow that’s just how it had to be because I really needed the freezer space….but no one was complaining🤣!!!!!!

{The quantities below will make more than what is pictured}
✖️ Green💚 ~ 2 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}, 80g frozen avocado, 80g frozen spinach, 150g frozen pineapple, 300g frozen mango, 5 grapes, 1/2 cup natural coconut yoghurt.
✖️ Yellow💛 ~ 2 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}, 3 dates, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
✖️ Pink💕 ~ 70g frozen strawberries, 270g pink pitaya, 50g frozen pineapple, 2 1/2 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}, 100ml unsweetened almond milk.
✖️ Red❤️ ~ 250g frozen cherries, 150g frozen blackberries, 2 1/2 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}, 100ml unsweetened almond milk.
✖️ Pale Purple & Light Purple💜 ~ 1 tbsp frozen blueberries, 3 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}, 100ml unsweetened almond milk. Add an additional 1-2 tbsp blueberries for the darker colour.

– For each individual recipe blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth & creamy. I use my Vitamix which works perfectly every time. Place in a silicone waffle mould & pop in the freezer for about 4-5 hrs or until set. Keep in the freezer until you’re ready to eat. Serve with your favourite toppings.
