🌱Layered vegan sweet potato brownie parfaits…a little rich but so delicious😉, these were a bit of an experiment put together with bits & pieces we had in the house, you can do the same too & easily create jars similar to these. Here’s what we’ve got…homemade oil-free granola, desiccated coconut, puffed quinoa, sweet potato brownie we had in the freezer, homemade raspberry chia jam, homemade hazelnut butter mixed with maple syrup & @kolonihagen natural coconut yogurt & topped off with freeze dried raspberries❤️.

• Plant based, vegan, oil free, dairy free, soy free, egg free, refined sugar free.

✖️ Raspberry Chia Jam ~
2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tbsp @kolonihagen chia seeds
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp @helios.no maple syrup

Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer on low for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
