🌱 How long do you think these lasted??? I’m not sure who was more excited, the kids or the adults!!!! Healthy & super delicious vegan cold cashew oat jars that are plant based, oil-dairy-soy & refined sugar free.

✖️ What’s In Our Jars ~ Cold choc cashew oats with super fudgio pieces (toffee flavour), desicated coconut, coconut flakes, strawberries, raspberries, puffed quinoa, choc coconut cashew yoghurt. Topped with cacao nibs, desiccated coconut & more super fudgio.

✖️ Cold Choc Cashew Oats ~
1/2 cup oats
2/3 cups natural cashew nuts {soaked in boiling water for minimum 30 minutes}
5 dates @anglamark_norge
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp almond cashew butter
1 tbsp 100% cacao, cocoa powder @valrhona_nordics
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 @superfudgionorge vegan toffee flavoured coconut caramels plus 2 extra for topping

– Add all the ingredients {except the vegan caramels} to a food processor or high speed blender. Blitz until smooth & creamy, I use a Vitamix which works perfectly. Divide your caramels into quarters & stir into your cold oats. Add to your jars and layer with your favourite toppings, mine are listed above.

✖️ Choc Coconut Cashew Yoghurt ~
220g coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp 100% cacao, cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp maple cashew almond butter
Combine all ingredients & mix well.
