🌱 Here’s some inspo…it’s with a twist this week in our house. Quick & easy toasted S.P🍠 rounds with both sweet & savoury toppings, which means there’s something for everyone. The ultimate plant-based snack. If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend you get on it, coz you don’t know what you’re missing out on🍠🧡!!!!

• Plant based, vegan, oil free, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, egg free.

✖️ HOW ~ wash & scrub S.P thoroughly. Slice into about 1.5cm thick rounds. Pop in toaster & toast until desired ‘toastiness.’ Beware they can bubble & burn easily if left, so you might want to toast in short intervals.

1️⃣ smashed avo🥑, spring onion, pine nuts, alfalfa
2️⃣ smashed avo, pickled beetroot, alfalfa
3️⃣ smashed avo, spring onion, pine nuts, carrot, black sesame seeds
