• Plant based, vegan, oil free, dairy free, gluten free, egg free, refined sugar free.

✖️ Red & Green bowl ~ green soy bean fettuccine (gluten free), cucumber, zucchini noodles, green sivri peppers, chopped spinach & parsley, red capsicum, carrot, cherry tomatoes, bean mix, avocado, sun-dried tomato cashew cream.

✖️ Oil-free Sun-Dried Tomato Cashew Cream – 1/2 cup soaked cashews, 1/2 cup dry-packed (oil-free) sun dried tomatoes, 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 1/4 cups water.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth & creamy. I use a Vitamix because it works perfectly everytime. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
