🌱 Continuing on from my last post…another way of eating more fruit {this time frozen} is to blend it all up to make a delicious & completely guilt-free bowl of nice cream! While we used to save treats for the weekends or special occasions, I have no problem eating THIS any time of day, all year round🤩💕.

• Plant based, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, egg free, refined sugar free.

✖️ Pink Bowl ~
70g frozen strawberries
280g pink pitaya {fresh or frozen}
50g frozen pineapple
2 1/2 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}
100ml unsweetened almond milk

– Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth & creamy. I use my @vitamixnorge for this which works perfectly every time. Eat straight away or store in the freezer until you’re ready to eat.

✖️ I topped my bowl with ~ frozen blackberries-kiwi berries-blueberries, freeze dried raspberries, desiccated coconut, puffed quinoa, smoothie dome.
