🌱 Chickpea Samosas with a spicy green pea dipping sauce from the latest Spring issue. While I can’t get the physical mag shipped to my door, that doesn’t stop me from getting my hands on it – everything is digital these days, right!!! These were so, so delicious & another great recipe from @forksoverknives … I was so thrilled we ended up making a double batch to freeze for a quick pre-made dinner another time. So while the recipe calls for the samosas to be air-fryed, I don’t have one so we baked them in the oven & they turned out great. I have been contemplating buying an air-fryer for a long time but do I really need it🤷🏻♀️? Probably not, but does anyone have any good {or bad} experiences using one?
