🌱 Celebrating on Wednesday today with this delish smashed avo & taco spiced chickpea toast. The perfect lunch, snack or whatever…it’s so good you should definitely give it a go!

✖️ Taco Spiced Chickpeas ~ 1 x 380g @anglamark_norge chickpeas {strained & rinsed}, 200ml water, 1 sachet taco seasoning {25g}, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Add all the powders to the water, mix well. Set aside about 50ml of this for later. Place the chickpeas in a frying pan, add the larger quantity of the spiced water. Cook until the water has evaporated. Place the chickpeas on a lined baking tray, bake for 15 minutes on 200°C. Remove from oven. Pour the 50ml seasoned water over the chickpeas, carefully stir to coat. Return to oven & cook for a further 15 minutes. In the meantime, make your toast, smash your avocados & add a bit of lemon juice & chopped coriander. When all the elements are done assemble your toast & enjoy!!💚
