🌱 Big Buddha inspired sharing bowls like this one are very popular in our house because there are so many different yummy combos to be made. Sometimes I get questions about ‘how do you even eat that?’ My answer is ~ you take a bit of everything {or just your faves😉}, add some sauce, mix it around & enjoy! Happy weekend everyone💚!

• Plant based, vegan, dairy free, soy free, egg free, refined sugar free.

✖️ What’s In Our Bowl ~ falafels, brown rice, sautéd garlicky mushrooms, caramelised onion, pickled beetroot, grated carrot, with a green tahini & garlic sauce.

✖️Green Tahini & Garlic Sauce ~
6 cloves, minced, 150ml fresh lemon juice {about 4 lemons}, 1 cup tahini, 180ml water, 1 tsp cumin, handful spinach, handful kale, 1/4 tsp salt.
– Place all ingredients in a high speed blender & blitz for a few minutes until smooth & creamy. I use a Vitamix for this. If the sauce is too thick gradually add a little water until the desired consistency is reached. Store in an airtight container/jar in the fridge for up to a week.
