🌱 Amazing raspberries calls for raspberry oat breakfast jars ~ perfect for a lazy Sunday morning. The best part…both the porridge & coco yoghurt were prepped last night so that all I had to do this morning was to put it altogether. Happy Sunday❤️!

• Plant based, vegan, oil free, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, egg free, refined sugar free.
.
✖️ Raspberry Porridge ~
1 1/2 cups oats {certified gluten free}
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried raspberries
450ml unsweetened almond milk
100ml water
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp @queenfinefoods vanilla extract
3 tsp @unicornsuperfoods berrylicious blend
.
1️⃣ Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl except the berrylicious blend powder. In another bowl combine all the wet ingredients, now add the powder & stir until well combined.
2️⃣ Cooking time will vary depending on if you use a microwave or stove top.
3️⃣ Microwave – ensure your bowl is microwave safe. Cook for 2 minute intervals, taking out to stir until most of the liquid is absorbed & desired consistency is reached (My cooking time was 8 minutes in an 800W microwave).
4️⃣ Stovetop – place in a saucepan & bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat (continuously stirring) until most of the liquid is absorbed & desired consistency is reached.
Eat immediately or allow to cool, place in an air-tight container & store in the fridge. Will keep for up to 4 days.
Serves 3 people depending on your portion size, add extra milk for serving if desired.
.
✖️ What’s In Our Jars ~ puffed quinoa, coconut flakes, raspberries, porridge, coconut yoghurt mixed with berrylicious blend, desiccated coconut, raspberries.
