🌱 2 things I always have in my fridge…some type of chia pudding & coconut yoghurt…adding the nice cream is easy because it literally takes a few minutes to throw together. A perfect combo to end a bit of an “all-over-the-place”work week, enjoy your weekend!💜

✖️ Pink Berry Nice Cream ~
4 frozen bananas {very ripe & pre-sliced}
80g frozen strawberries
80g frozen raspberries
50ml roasted unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp oats
1 tsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp butterfly pea powder
1 tsp pink Pitaya powder
– Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth & creamy. I use a Vitamix which works perfectly every time.

✖️ Overnight Chia Pudding ~
1 cup roasted unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chia seeds
1-2 tsp pink Pitaya powder
– Add the liquids & powder to a bowl/jar or air-tight container & stir until well combined. Add the chia seeds, stir for a minute or so. Pop in fridge, after 15 minutes give it another stir, cover & then leave over night.

✖️ What’s In Our Bowl ~ Coconut yoghurt mixed with beetroot powder.
Topped with ~ Strawberries, raspberries, desiccated coconut, coconut flakes, puffed quinoa, freeze dried raspberries {including crushed}, edible & non edible flowers.
